Carrot juice and health go hand in hand Carrot juice is associated with many health benefits.. Carrot juice not only provides good health but also provides the essential nutrients needed by the body for its daily needs.
Ingredients-
250 g carrots
2 inch ginger
1 lemon juice
Salt to taste
Method-
Wash carrots using water to remove any dirt.
slice the carrots to fit your juicer.
Peel the ginger, and slice to fit your juicer.
take out lemon juic Add salt to taste.
sarve juice and enjoy.........

Tamarind galka (chutney)
Ingredients-
1oo g tumerined soak over night in 3 cup water
1 table spoon oil
1 table spoon Karela masala ( mix saunf,kalunji and methi seed)
1 tea spoon kalaunji
200 gm jaggery
Salt to taste
2-3 tea spoon red chilli powder
1 tea spoon turmeric powder
4-5 green chilli chopped
2 table spoon ginger chopped(gulien)
1 table spoon kishmish
1 table spoon chiraunji
Method-
Drain termarined and separate its seeds from the remaining pulp
Heat oil in a heavy-based kadhai.
Add kalaunji, green chillies and ginger and fry it
Add turmeric powder and then add pulp with 2 cup of water and jaggery.
Add a teaspoon of karela masala (a mix of coarsely ground spices: saunf, methi, kalaunji).

Ingredients-

cup suji
2
cup fresh Curd
1
tea spoon soda powder
9-10 kadipatta
2
to 3 finely chopped Green Chillies
Salt
to taste
1
tea spoon rai
1½ cup oil
1 tea spoon
red chilli powder
Method-
In a bowl
take curd, suji, salt, red chilli powder
and soda.
In a
pressure cooker put some water to boil. Apply some oil on the idli maker slots.
Immediately put
1 spoon ful of this batter in each idli maker slot. Quickly place this idli
maker in the cooker and let it steam for 5-6 minutes. And take it out.
Heat 2 table spoon oil in a kadai add chopped
green chillies, kadi patta , rai and add idli.
Fry contineously
for 2-3 minutes.
Serve hot
with green chutney……..

Ingredients-
2 potatoes (peeled
and cut in sliced)
2-3 table spoon cornflour
Salt to
taste
1 tea spoon
red chilli powder
1 spring
onion(with stalk cut in sliced)
2 table spoon ginger, garlic paste
2-3 tea
spoon sesame seeds
2 table spoon
honey
½ tea spoon soya
sauce
2-3 tea
spoon red chilli sauce
Method-
Add
cornflour , salt and chilli powder in a bowl.mix the potatoes(potatoes are
coated) deep fry till golden. Keep a side.
In a wok
heat 2 table spoon oil add sesame seed,ginger-garlic paste, spring onions. Sauté on high flem for1 minute.
Add soya
sauce, chilli sauce, salt and honey,sauté.
Add deep fry potatoes and mix.
Serve and garnishing for sesame seed
